Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities for member.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with member.
- Assist member with mobility and physical exercises as needed.
- Administer medication and monitor health conditions as directed.
- Document and report any changes in member behavior or health status.
- Support member in social and recreational activities.
- Ensure a safe and clean environment for member at all times.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to implement care plans.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in caregiving preferred.
- Previous experience in behavioral health or healthcare settings is a plus.
- Valid CPR/First Aid & Article 9 certification.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Empathetic and patient demeanor with a passion for helping others.
- Must pass background checks and drug screening.
Compensation: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
